Jesse brings experience in both the mortgage and insurance industries. Prior to joining Norcom, Jesse served as a Senior Account Manager for a national insurance outsourcing firm, where he focused on business development, building relationships with new and existing clients, training new employees and working with management on acquisitions and process improvement projects. His proudest achievement was the design and implementation of a new workflow process model designed to help employees increase their productivity and assist management in quantifying profit potential. In addition to his professional skills, Jesse brings a positive attitude to his new role at Norcom: "It's a great feeling to get up for work, knowing that you'll spend your day doing something you truly enjoy." He's also clear about what has made him successful: "I listen closely to my client's needs, and then dedicate myself to formulating solutions that meet their specific goals." In his spare time, Jesse enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, reading and spending time with friends and family.
